The challenge
A new ~4,500 m² warehouse at An Nam MATSUOKA in VSIP Nghe An: reinforced-concrete columns and floor, steel-frame walls and roof clad with panels and insulated sheeting. Requirements: full fire-safety (PCCC) compliance, standard lighting and ventilation, ready for every warehouse operation.
Hasacon's solution
Fire safety in operation came first: pier foundations and flooring engineered against settlement; perimeter walls built to fire-safety standards with steel framing running to the roof; an automatic sprinkler system combined with well-placed extinguishers; and electrical and lighting infrastructure configured for easy control.
Delivered result
With the owner's support and the whole Hasacon team's effort, the project broke ground and was completed to hand over on schedule to An Nam MATSUOKA — operating safely and to expectations, with site safety maintained throughout construction.
