The challenge
Warehouse G sits inside the Son Ha spice and flavourings factory at Dinh Bang IP, Bac Ninh. The biggest challenge: execution fell in the peak of Covid, while the owner urgently needed storage capacity to keep production on schedule through the prolonged pandemic.
Hasacon's solution
Hasacon deployed preventive measures, reserve staffing, separated shifts, and control apps with progress-monitoring software. Working with the owner, construction was arranged to minimise person-to-person contact and prevent infection.
Delivered result
Through sound management and the plant's close cooperation, Hasacon completed Warehouse G safely and to standard — praised for an optimised process that never disrupted factory operations, and for holding costs down while achieving the expected quality.
