The challenge
Located inside the Yamaha motorcycle parts plant at Thang Long Industrial Park, Hanoi. Plant management needed to expand the campus with a new staging yard for materials feeding the plant's production line, sited right beside the production hall.
Hasacon's solution
After consultations, Hasacon proposed a 1,200 m² steel-frame warehouse as a staging area for non-combustible solid materials. Terrain surveys began in late 2019, with methodical proposals for each work item: site study, architectural design, infrastructure, structural engineering and M&E systems.
Delivered result
Delivered exactly to the approved plan and schedule; the plant kept operating throughout construction; the campus landscape was untouched; quality and safety assured before and after handover.
