The challenge
The site sits near the centre of the factory campus, so moving materials and machinery could not affect production. The old canteen was far from the production area with workers constantly crossing between shifts, and the new building sits between two factory halls — so the electrical systems and the routes of material-transfer robots had to stay clear.
Hasacon's solution
Working with plant management, Hasacon developed a fitting design-and-build plan. Combining the design with the existing campus, we proposed routing and material staging zones plus site rules that kept every factory employee and site worker safe — before, during and after completion.
Delivered result
Completed the building and resolved every issue arising on site. The solutions met the owner's needs and quality standards with full fire-safety compliance — no impact on the campus or production, earning the trust of plant management.
